Play Therapy
Being a teen can feel like riding an emotional rollercoaster. Between school, friendships, family stuff, and figuring out who you are, it’s a lot. I offer a space where you can talk honestly and learn real tools to handle stress, tough emotions, and relationship drama. Using DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), we’ll work on skills like staying calm, setting boundaries, and dealing with big feelings in healthy ways.
